Through the millions of years that people have suffered and prospered through, communication has changed. Communication has grown with age and has sprouted new limbs that have created the language people use today. Technology is entirely new to us though. Technology that we know today has been growing only in the past hundred years. When comparing the two; communication has outlived technology, however, technology is the most reliable way to stay updated with recent news relay messages to one another and help with new possibilities that could alter life. Technology has spiraled into the new era of life supporting the need to stay updated with the world, such as watching the news in Berlin or Tokyo. Technology is also used to further communication resources to help successfully deliver personal and business messages. Over time, technology has broadens communication skills. Technology also has a huge inventory of new possibilities. Technology alters our communication by improving awareness on current events, strengthens communication skills, and assists with finding new possibilities.

A quarter century ago the news paper was the main source of news. Now we have up to the minute updates from around the world with the click of a button. Before technologies existence we lacked knowledge about other countries and were only informed with the most important news. The Native Americans used storytelling to pass on the stories of the beginning of time in their culture, telling stories of how the world was made to the children for them to pass on to the next generation.
