In Regards to OLG work premises we recommend for the Health and safety of the children, when working with them we here by to the Pre-School regulations 2006. Department of health and children.
  1. Sessional Services: (not more than 3.5 hours per day) 1:10 12-12.30pm

0-1 year 1:3 2 Sq Metres
1-2.5 years 1:5 2 Sq Metres
2.5-6 years 1:10 2 Sq Metres
The maximum number of children to be catered for in one room in a sessional group is 20, subject to area/space required
  2. Part-Time Care (not more than 5 hours per day) 1:8 12-2pm

1-2 years 1:5 2.8 Sq Metres
2-3 years 1:6 2.35 Sq Metres

Minimum number of   preschool leaders assistants in the free pre-school year service will be as follows: 1:11 9am-12pm

Up to 11 children 1 pre-school leader
12-22 children 1 pre-school leader and 1 preschool assistant
23-33 children 2 pre-school leaders and 1 preschool assistant
33-34 children 2 pre-school leaders and 2 preschool assistants
