The impact of E-business on operation management is huge and heavy. As today’s world has successfully moved forward in technology so as there ways of work too because of this E-business has a lot of importance.

* Online retailers are e-businesses that use the Internet as a means to advertise and sell physical merchandise of one kind or another. Examples of online retailers are Amazon.com etc.
* Reduction in manual processing reduce the need for people because of this labor cost savings are possible.
* Some e-businesses earn revenue by providing consumers with useful services rather than selling goods. Examples of online services is Ebay.
* Searching for product information and selecting the best supplier becomes easier.
* Provide a quick and easy way of exchanging information about a company and its product.
* Increasing employee communication and satisfaction.
* Advertising is the primary source of revenue for many e-businesses. Website owners can sign up for services that allow them to post advertisements on their websites and earn income based on how many users view or click on advertisements.
