1. Identify four main points that would be included in a contract of employment.   If possible, use an example contract to support your answer (feel free to obscure any confidential information). [1.1]
Four main points that would need to be included in an Employment Contact are:
• The name of Parties (such as Employers name and Employees Name)
• Job Title and Description
• Hours of work, these hours however cannot exceed 48 hours per week, as specified in Working Times Regulations, unless the Employee has signed an opt-out Form from.
• Salary (Before Tax, NI and Deductions)
