Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer
Manage everyday tasks as needed including scheduling, phone calls, emails and track business finances. Assist in long-term goals of Douglas Elliman, including but not limited to roll-out of new technologies such as (Edge, Find Buyers) and augment our online profile through SEM and SEO strategies.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings and conference calls
• Monitor incoming phone calls and correspondence
• Process expense reports and internal documents
• Take charge of special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
• Facilitate meeting minutes and follow-up

• 4+ years of high level administrative experience in positions of increasing responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree
