Business communication is the center piece for success. The most outstanding businesses in the world today use strong communication to pass on information that will grow the company and make sure the employees know the most recent information on a product. Business communication is known in varieties of ways such as to introduce a product, organizations use it to keep everyone on track; it is also used to relay information contained by the business. Business communication is fairly unusual as well as distinctive relatively from supplementary types of communication because the function of business is to gain net profit.   Accordingly to formulate a superior way for revenue the communicator must develop good quality communication skills. Business communication plays many day-to-day activities at work to manage daily work, the trends help improve business communication and the messages learned from these trends.
            Business communication plays an important role in a gas station business, the convenient store receives a large number of deliveries in a day, and it is the manager’s decision to decide what to receive and what not to receive and put up for sale.   Setting up meetings or schedule to see the vendor is important and there are different ways to communicate with one another that is through e-mail, PDA, or fax.
