Fast food is not good for health
Good morning to Mr. Joseph and my fellow friends. Today, I want to present the topic about fast food is not good for our healthy. As we know, Fast food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly. Fast food is one of the easiest and cheapest ways of eating. It saves a lot of time and money, especially for people who are coming home from work. There are many people who lives in rush and have a lot of work to do, it is hard to find time to cook a meal. However, there are a lot disadvantages for eating fast food.
There are a lot of calories and fats in the fast food that will harm our healthy. Besides, fast food does not contain enough nutrition like vitamin. Instead, it is often cooked by heavy oil and salt which contains calories and fats that may easy get obesity and high cholesterol. Even a small quantity of fast food contains high calories. Especially for children, always eat fast foods may affect their growth and psychology as well.
Besides, obesity is not the only risk, because the heart disease also is the factor. When we eat a lot of fast food that contains fats, sugars, and salts, our heart will grow weak and it will endanger us.
Everyone should think twice before deciding to eat fast food. Although it is easy to buy and cheap but it will risk a life. And it is not worth for any person make a cost thousands of dollars in hospital bills because of fast food. It is important to eat healthy and make good choices when deciding what to put in your body. Make the right choice and eat some vegetables. It is much healthier to eat from food made in the customer’s own kitchen as they prepared fresh meat and vegetable are healthy.
