External: Institutional, Economic, Social, Geographic & Global, Government & Political, Financial, Markets, Competitors, Technological and Legal. ! Internal: Products, Location, Resources and Management & Business Culture! This report will show how heavily these influences impact businesses today. ! What separates the two influences is who has controls over them. Internal influences are controlled by the business itself, while external influences are out of the businesses control. However both have the capacity to impact a businesses greatly. !
