Communication theories supplies individuals with recent as well as wide-ranging dominant theories contained by communication. In learning the advantages along with the disadvantages of communication theories I understand how to contain these into the expansive method of individuals. The Communication Privacy Management theory by West and Turner (2004), recommends that individuals administer interactions while screening along with informative concealed data.
The term “groupthink is the weakening of psychological effectiveness, authenticity testing along with proper conclusion that consequences from the in-group anxiety (West and Turner, 2004).” The organizational Culture Theory is an individual’s perspective of organizations that ethnicity is not something that an organization has but that ethnicity is something that an organization is (West and Turner, 2004).
The Communication Privacy Management theory clarifies that subsequent to associations being conventional the conclusion to reveal classified data to other individuals engages discusses opportunities in relation to how the data will be cooperatively controlled once revealed (Metzger, 2007). When I participate successfully amongst other individuals I have to remember to control my data in a manner that deliberately profits in my responsibilities. I have to frequently expose as well as secrete data from individuals to guarantee that my schedule is not negotiated. I was recently working on an assignment with my team and I recognized that a team member was revealing data to a certain source and claiming the answers and work as their own.
