Why and wherefore are the prerequisite for Humanitarian Intervention? (Remission Ecumenical) is the name of the Charity that I have chosen to address this report to.
AIMS:
Since the conclusion of the Cold War, there has been controversies surrounding why & what are the motives of Human Rights NGO’s like Remission Ecumenical’s involvement in the protocols surrounding humanitarian interventions on the global platform. The aims of this report is to bring to light, some of the reasonable instances that need to be considered before structuring its own course of action that designates human rights at the pinnacle of ethos.;
The birth of Humanitarian Intervention in relation to Sovereignty.

Theories for or against & R2P (Right to protect).
Capitalism and Unevenness.

INTRODUCTION: We are continually bombarded with the issues of international justice on every facet of the media; through television, internet, radio, newspapers, or sometimes on your doorstep (depending on what part of the world that you live).
Humanitarian intervention was defined as: “the threat of force across state borders by a state (or group of states) aimed at preventing or ending widespread and grave violations of the fundamental human rights of individuals other than its [the intervening state’s] own citizens, without the permission of the state within whose territory force is applied.” (Holzgrefe, 2003, pg. 18). (pg. 297)
