Determining Databases and Data Communications
In the following scenarios, one you are looking at how you are going to set up for the trade show and make sure to tear it down. Since you need ways to track your products, scenario one asks you to explain how you need to use either a personal database or an enterprise database to help you with your products. Not only does it ask you about the database systems, but decision support system (DSS) as well. In scenario two, you are managing a group of seven employees in a small consulting business. Each person needs to be connected to the internet to help do their work. Next, you will need to explain the processes of WAN or LANs or how you would deal with security issues for the small business. Overall, each scenario is unique and each will have its own unique answers.
Scenario 1
The methodology of managing a trade show booth is to keep certain things in mind about the components, equipment, and each and every product. The reason for keeping products in mind is that you know that you are responsible for the every item in the show. When the show is over, having a method to keep track of all the products will come in handy since you have to account for all of the products before you take them to the head office.
We are in charge of setting up a consumer electronics trade shown which mainly consists of products as dry batteries, cell phones, laptops, computer accessories, phone accessories, and monitor liquid crystal displays (LCDs). In preparation for the trade show, we need to make sure that the products are returned after the trade show is over. We may be able to classify the products in numerous ways into their respective fields.
