A Plan for Regional and Local Managers Faces with an Encroaching Natural Disaster

Introduction
This case study is developed as part of an investigation into the various issues Home Depot store managers face during an encroaching natural disaster. In particular, these managers are located in an area that is prone to hurricanes, in the state of Florida. The strategic planning and implementation of supply and demands for consumers in this area are crucial for managers because they assist the local community in the area and provide a viable income for the company. The goal of the study is to use peer-reviewed articles to understand how to effectively operate a large business while serving the public demands, in crucial times, and to determine a suitable plan that will benefit not only the consumer, but also the business.
Summary of the case study
The struggles individuals face during natural disasters is daunting. The individuals whom aid in the assistance of those people who are faced with natural disasters have a critical role to play in the community, as well as, in the business perspective.
