Titans of Business, Independent Labels will explore the significance of the Independent Record labels. We will study the impact on the Music Industry made by the founders, artists and the musical genres.

Questions to Explore: Some of the questions and issues we will explore in this course include:

1. Were the founders insightful or greedy?
2. Did the label make the artist or did the artist make the label?
3. Why is the independent Record Label business important?
4. Technological advances and the Music Industry, how are they related?
5. Good management qualities.
