Hello, My name is Billy Sawallisch; I am currently 15 and a Sophomore attending Crete Monee High School. I play Varsity Golf and Varsity Baseball, and hoping to join Scholastic Bowl, some of my hobbies/ activities I like to do is Caddy, Shoot Firework shows w/ my dad and breeding reptiles. Exactly where I am in life is at my peak, I’m enjoying life; have a job have great friends and play the 2 sports I love too play. The type of person I am is a laid-back kid that knows when to goof off and when to be serious and do what he’s suppose to do. “FRESHMAN” “ Don’t talk to me”. That’s what I believe was going to happen, all the time; turns out it didn’t happen often only when I had some of my friends just mess around with me. Which I expected, but I had never transferred schools if that would of happen I would have been devastated. I mean I don’t understand how Junior dealt with that also with having the fact that he was going to an all White School that takes guts. I had a lot of friends into High School, but as I was going throughout my year I could tell that my friends were changing and I didn’t understand and was scared. The things that I were excited about playing golf, but hoping to play Varsity or Sophomore Baseball, also I excited about meeting new people along my journey. One thing that I was terrified or nervous about is that I wouldn’t want to lose my friendships or fail any classes that was a big fear of mine. What Junior Said was ““Life is a constant struggle between being an individual and being a member of the community.” What Junior expected was that he was going to get beat up, and have Rowdy protect him all the time.
