Introduction
Computerization is a control system that manages processes in industrial workplace. It reduces human errors and processing time, thus boosting productivityand results into high quality of products produced. In Information Technology, computerization is concerned about interrelating different but interdependent transactions. This can result in a system with well-integrated processes that can perform faster and more accurate than a manual system.
Enrollment is the process of entering and verifying data of student to register in a particular school. Different interrelated processes build up enrollment procedures called Enrollment System. Enrollment system is used particularly in recording and retrieving student’s information. It is a good example of a computer generated process. This can lessen the workload and provides accurate informationneeded of the school. As result, it will benefit not only the student but the administration as a whole.
Background
It all began in the school year 1945 – 1946. The slumber town of Santa Rita was ruffled by a bright idea of a woman, Miss Narcisa Gosioco, a High School Teacher in Guagua. She was the one who suggested the need for a secondary school in this town and she imparted it to the late Doña Irene Pineda, a religious philanthropist of the town.
