* What were the ethical issues presented in the simulation?
*
* The ethical problems are presented as a product of the company haves acontaminate with GBS-Fibranafren that is two of third part of the product. The first problem is what it should be done with the product that is in the industry and second that the product doesn’t past the FDA standards and the product cant be sold in the US, but it can be sold where it have low standard.
* What decision-making steps did you take to ethically address these issues?
* First analyse what the component is,what is the risk of this component, how the component can be remove, and how to recover from it.
* What ethical perspectives, or lenses, did you use to make your decisions in the simulation?
ensure that ingredient labels are provide accurate and have meaningful information, also refund or replace defective product and finally warn the customers about the potential danger of the product. |

* How did these ethical perspectives, or lenses, influence your management decisions?
* Because I had to think about the process of my decition, because I had to think of the company, but also think of the customer, and the causes that may come and think what is the best choice so the impact wont affect either way.
* How might concepts from this simulation relate to your workplace?
* From now im just unemployee, but when I used to work with at&t I had to think of the customer to solve his problem, but also following the standards of the company and something think as the company because I was the company when speaking to the customer.
