Section B- Factors that positively affect Sarah Jones Health and Well being
In this section I am going to talk about the things in Sarah’s life that have a positive effect on her health and well being. These are:
Close family and friends
Being financially secure
Happy environment in which she lives
Close family and friends
Sarah has a good relationship with her parents and sees them every week, she also has a very close relationship with her daughter and they do lots of nice things together. Sarah can turn to her parents in times of need, when she is feeling down or if she needs to borrow money. Sarah often goes on holiday with her parents and daughter, where they relax and spend time bonding. All of these things have a positive effect on her emotional and social well being as she feels she always has people to turn to if she is feeling stressed or worried about anything. She gets to meet new people on holiday and gets to spend time with her friends when her parents look after her daughter. It is important for Sarah to have ‘time out’ with her friends, away from her daughter as she feels needs this time to just be herself, relax and enjoy herself. She trusts her parents to look after her daughter and has no worry or guilt when she is left in their care. The strong family bonds which Sarah has help her to thrive in her life which has a positive effect on her physical and emotional health.
Being financially secure
Sarah has a good job, which she enjoys. She earns a reasonable salary and doesn’t live beyond her means. She can afford to go on holidays and provide her daughter with all the things she needs. These things have a positive effect on her emotional and physical well being as she doesn’t need to worry about not having enough money to pay bills and providing a good life for her and her daughter.
