Educational Qualification: 1. Customer Care Manager & Sr. Sales Manager: A graduate degree in any discipline with atleast one year experience in relevant field in Mauritius. MBA degree in sales & marketing would be preferred. 2. Sales Executive: The candidate must have completed Secondary Certificate (SC) and must have an experience of atleast one year in the field of sales. For any of these posts, the candidate should not be below 18 years or above 35 years of age, as on 1st Oct 12. Compensation: Negotiable and will be in line with the industry practices. Selection Criteria: The applicants would be short-listed based on their qualification & experience. The short-listed candidates will be called for personal interview, based on which, the suitable candidates would be selected. They will be first put on probation for one year. Depending on their performance during the probation, they would be considered for regularization. Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be required to engage in various sales activities for all MTML products/ services including, but not limited to, managing sales from MTML outlets/ shops, corporate sales, personalized sales through tele-calling and direct sales by visiting customers, as per market requirements.
