Introduction
In the paragraphs to come, this paper shows a detailed description of the environmental analysis for my proposed business of a new sports performance store, which consists of internal and external environments. Environmental analysis is important so that key variables are identified, which in turn assist an organization in effectively formulating promising strategies for starting business of a new sports performance business and compete in the local and regional market in an effective manner. This essay will also talk about how a balanced scorecard is used to assess the performance of a business in particular a industry unit. Prior to assessing the businesses performance, I will define the term balanced scorecard and also the underlying principle of the objectives selected for each perspective so as to guarantee that the evaluation of the businesses performance is irrefutable as well as consistent and similar to other businesses in the same trade. I will also include a definition of what Strategic Planning is all about. It guide us to know what we are looking for in a Strategic Plan from any company that will provide a paper like this for us to read and use in our lives.
Abstract
The SWOTT Analysis will discuss Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Trends for a new sports performance business in Regional areas and throughout the world, as well as the company’s Mission, Objectives and Vision Statements.
