    The workplace has become the representation major facet as to how people are viewed within society. Within the walls of the workplace are many components that make a business run effectively. Among the major components is effective communication. This paper will demonstrate how Verizonwireleaa intergrates standard training sessions for employees on how to effectively communicate with the workplace dynamics and the importance of non-verbal and verbal communication skill set. Through those skills thw company expects the workers to effectively express business related concerns when communicating with consumers and other workers that help the company meet its strategic goals for their fiscal year.
