The Toyota’s   growth was one of the greatest successful stories shaping the Japanese automobile industry. Although the company was not very popular with an annual production capacity of 100,000 cars   in the 1940s, at present it has increased to more than 5 million vehicles annually (Amasaka, 2009). The workforce is also big , which has more than 200,000 people working for the company, making it a great employer across the world. Meanwhile,the revenue of the Toyota Company has also reached to more than 100 billion dollars. Till now, the company has successfully occupied part of the world market, which creates great milestones in the automobile world as well as the remarkable affordability and less fuel consumption of its automobiles.

According to Aoki and Lennerfors (2013), most Toyota companies satisfy various clients with their high quality. Many surveys indicate that their cars are among the best in terms of cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. The consistency   that the company produces high quality cars makes it to stand out in the automotive market.   The quality of many Toyota companies across different platforms is amazing and this makes the company very successful in the automobile market compared to other manufacturers in the world.
