We all need to think about what we buy, what we use and what we throw away. You’ve been asked to hold a dinner party for four friends. Plan the dinner and write a shopping list. After you have done this, highlight the things you could substitute, consider what can be home grown, made and recycled.

PORK CHOPS, BOILED GARLIC & HERB POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS. I WOULD NEED TO BUY: 4 PORK CHOPS BULB OF GARLIC MIXED HERBS NEW POTATOES GREEN BEANS. I COULD GROW MY OWN HERBS AND GARLIC, POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS. SOME OF THE PACKAGING WOULD BE RECYCLED.
