Health and Safety at work Act 1974 To attend a health and safety training arranged by the employer As an employer you need to take the right precautions to reduce the risks in the workplace
Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulation 1992 To use all necessary PPE for relevant services e.g. apron gloves for colouring To provided all necessary PPE to ensure staff to do their job effectively and safety
Workplace Regulations 1992 Follow all workplace regulations set out by management e.g. Be present a workplace at least 15 min before first client To provided new staff with a relevant induction and to provide this information in a written format
Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 Never to lift if the item is too heavy wait on help To lift all items and packages in line with the manual handling operation.
