It is important for me, in my managerial role to be aware of everyone preferred method of communication and to respect and understand the different needs of everyone that I come into contact with
By ensuring with have in place all the necessary aids to ensure everyone can communicate in their preferred method of communication at all times means we have respected everyone rights to communicate in the method of their choice
Everyone Has a rights to use their chosen method of communication or language as stated in the humans rights act
The Human Rights Act 1998 States all everyone has the right to freedom of expression. For example If I was deny or refuse anyone the right to exercise and express their chosen method of communication then I would be in breach of their Human rights
