Foreword

Welcome to Big G's eating plan and recipe book!  To achieve results, it's not just about what you do in the gym, it's what you do out of it too!

You can work as hard as you want in the gym, but if you're not fuelling your body with the right nutrients for your goal you are going to struggle!

The problem with 'healthy eating' for a lot of people is they have the perception that it is boring. To prove this is not the case ePT Fitness has teamed up with Anthony Prince, former chef of Northcote Manor and now a Chef Lecturer at Lancaster University.

This booklet has taken a long time to prepare, and is designed to prove to you that eating healthy doesn't mean you can't enjoy your food. There are many different meals to enjoy, and they are all easy to make!

As well as over 40 different food ideas, we have also thrown in a plan to follow with 7 days’ worth of food, including a shopping list to make it easier for you to follow. 

Try to avoid eating two meals with the same ingredients in one day, and if you're feeling peckish in between meals, have a look at the smoothie section or grab one of the snacks we have included in this book. Also if you don't like a meal on the plan, swap it for one of the meals in here! 

You're changing your lifestyle, it won't be easy, and it will definitely be worth it in the end though! Put the effort in early and stick to eating what is on the plan. This will soon become part of your life and you will get to the stage where you won't think twice about preparing your meals, because you will be seeing results while eating tasty, exciting food. You will be amazed at how enjoyable this process can be!
