A Case Study of Benefits Explanation, Termination Process, and Training at the HNTB Corporation.
I am going to examine the Benefits Explanation process for new hires, the Termination process and the Training process for the HNTB Corporation. I will examine the current policies, procedures and written information in each area and using the current trends and available doctrine on each subject, provide an updated plan of action for changes to each area.
