Just before 80’s women were confined to several jobs and all top works were belonged to men. Women were responsible just about the domestic jobs. It means cooking food, cleaning the house, caring children. However, after the 80’s women stopped to underestimate themselves and started to struggle for success in professional life. Even if finding women in top jobs is still rare in all around the world, as time goes on some women appeared who managed to have such jobs despite of not equal conditions with men by practicing some strategies. A new group of females started to appear in the 80s and differed from “Traditionals” which is called in Women Entrepreneurs: Moving Beyond the Glass Ceiling as “Second Generation”. The females in this group entered variety of jobs compared with “Traditionals” and achieved to senior jobs. For many researchers the strategies of them are considered as pathfinders for other women who desire to come up trumps in professional life. Research studies made about the strategies of these women are too crucial since the starting point of this research paper is the ‘high achiever women’ profiles. These successful women proved that women should not underestimate themselves. Consequently, other women became curious about the hints of high achiever women. Therefore women’s career development became an important topic in many countries. In well developed countries this topic is even more important since women compose nearly half of the total work force. Even in Turkey women are really interested on this topic because they want to become powerful, successful and economically independent from men. However, the number of well-structured studies on female entrepreneurship is not enough.
