Introduction
Toyota car manufacturing company (UK) was established in 1989. It is a Japanese car manufacturing company. There are two manufacturing plants in the UK. Total investment of the company in UK is almost £2.2 billion and currently 3800 members (including agency) are working there. To increase the company's sells in the present competitive business world the company provides different types of training programs to develop the ability and skill of the employees. The company has divided its human development program in various ways based on different level of employees and is providing them required training which will make their level standard.
