Take a few minutes and make yourself comfortable, and when you are ready I’d like you to take a couple of deep breaths.

Next I’d like you to close your eyes and you will notice as your body begins to relax your breathing becomes DEEPER and DEEPER.
As you concentrate on my voice you may notice that everyday noises around you start to disappear, helping you to relax DEEPER and DEEPER, feeling more relaxed than you have ever felt before.
This time and space is especially for you!!!!!!!!!!
As you breathe DEEPER and DEEPER your body should be starting to relax from the very top of your head right down to your toes.
Focus your awareness on the muscles at the top of your head and begin to feel a wave of relaxation flowing from the top of your forehead and across your eyes. As you feel yourself drifting DEEPER and DEEPER focusing only on the sound of my voice.
Feel yourself drifting DEEPER and DEEPER as the wave moves down across your cheeks and into your jaw allowing your face to completely relax.
Allow the wave of relaxation to flow from the top of your head and down through your neck. As the muscles begin to melt away feel yourself drifting DEEPER and DEEPER feeling more and more relaxed.
Continue to feel this lovely warm feeling down into your shoulders. Feel them drop and relax. As this feeling continues down through your body, through your bones, your muscles and your nerve endings you will feel more relaxed than ever before.
Let this wave continue down your left arm, into your hand and out through the ends of your fingers.

And do the same down your right arm, into your hand and out through the ends of your fingers.
