Integrity

Our world as a whole is lacking many things; one for example is a good bit of our ozone layer. Another example is a central governing body that regulates the entire world, not just most of it. Yet the main obstacle in our beautiful and wonderful plant we call Earth, is love and integrity. If we had those two beautiful traits then we would truly be a complete and perfect race. Alas, but we cannot have this, because such a thing is not possible.
Throughout our realm of existence, we as a race have lacked in integrity, and have for ages. Integrity in terms of human behavior is almost impossible.   The most ethical of people have all been liars. Our whole concept of truth and reality is founded on lies. History itself has shown this. Humans are fallible and will do anything they can to show that they are not. They only try to show love or compassion for their own benefit. Man is still but an animal and only has animal instincts. Always man has looked down upon other animals. He sees them as inferior, yet we are equals.   Integrity is a steadfast adherence to a strict ethical code, and is impossible.  
Society today is based upon 3 things; survival, lust, and faith. Survival, the most basic of animal instincts leads to our eventual downfall. No matter how hard we try, in the end, we die. If we base all our lives on survival, we waste away. A general lust for money, sex, or fun, can “ruin your life”. Those who do nothing but lust for what they want will never get what they need. Yet those who do not lust, but achieve, are gratefully satisfied. The only lie most of the world follows is faith in the unknown. Most of today’s religion has been destroyed by thousands of years of corrupt leaders. Christianity is the greatest example of this; the entire religion is based upon the les of the ones in charge. People lie to get what they want, this against integrity.
