A. Summary of Position
New sales team for the full-service cleaning solutions we will provide for the health care industry now that the merger is completed.
B. Job Duties
1) Makes initial contact with potential clients
2) Performs routine and regular follow up with potential clients
3) Performs routine and regular follow up with former clients
4) Visits potential clients and makes sales presentations
5) Maintains regular record reporting sales activity
C. Computer Skills and Software Used
1) Windows operating system
2) MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3) Constant Contact or other Customer Relations Management Software
D. Reporting Structure
1) Reports to myself, mid-level sales manager, Kathryn Terns
Employee Requirements
A. Education and Training
1) Degree or Certification in Sales or Marketing preferred
2) Training from within the company on the following: Communications, customer service relations, Compliance and regulatory training, Computer/software training, Contract related training, and job-related training.
3) Extensive knowledge of the company and its products/services offered.
B. Skills and Aptitudes
1) Self-motivated and responsible
2) Ability to negotiate sales
3) Ability to identify customer needs and wants
C. Environment and Physical
1) Ability to pass necessary drug testing
2) Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
3) Be able to travel to client locations up to 100% of the time
D. Licenses/Certifications
1) Clean, valid driver’s license with registration and insurance
2) Certified Sales Rep for InterClean, upon hiring
