SUMMARY
The proposed system entitled “Inventory Tracking System of Botica Ada” attempts to automate the existing system that being used by the said pharmacy. The proposed system is all about recording, storing viewing all important files/documents about the pharmacy. It will have an information system that the pharmacy can use more effectively. The system can be access by means of LAN connection whereas every user inside the pharmacy can be able to use and access the system. The users of the system are the owner, manager and the salesclerk wherein they can get information about every product. The proposed system can be used throughout the year especially on inventory tracking system to know and to settle the different problems meet by the pharmacy through this the pharmacy can be updated and inform immediately to avoid further problems during inventories and filing of documents. The proponents develop this system to avoid problem during inventories and filling fastest way and it will also have an accurate documentation.
OBJECTIVES
The proposed system aim to meet and provide the following objectives:
General Objectives
* The purpose of this study is to implement a new proposed system that will eliminate the manual processing. This will adopt a new system with the aid of computer and software.
* Replenish the manual system to computerized system.
* To provide a user friendly interface
* To lessen the time in searching information of the product regarding expirations and stocks.
