The paradigm shows the current manual grading system of City of Malabon University. The input phase shows that the students are asking available grades to their teachers; where in the dissemination of information regarding grades is done through distribution of grade cards. It undergoes a process by computing the grades and encircling the equivalent one in the grade card. This manual process may result to lack of verification of the grades which may lead to incorrect output.

The paradigm shows how the proposed system will answer the needs of the existing system. From manual grade calculator system, where the students are just inquiring their grades t their teachers, the system to be used now will the grade calculator. The input phase shows that the student will input all the quantitative data related to the computation of their grades. The process phase shows that the system will calculate the grade. This process will result to a convenient and effective computation of grades.
