Islam: How it rose to prominence in today’s world.
The essay topic I am going to be discusses is Islam and its rise to prominence in today’s world. In this essay I shall be discussing the origins and rise to prominence of the Islamic religion in today’s world, the different military groups which use Islam as an excuse for the acts they commit, which countries follow Islam above all other religions and the impact the Islamic religion has had on the world. With the completion of the essay, I aim to give one the insight on the Islamic religion, its rise to prominence in today’s world and the effects the Islamic religion has had in today’s world. The essay topic, Islam: How it rose to prominence in today’s world, can be interpreted in different ways by different people but all answers will all lead to the question, How did Islam become a religion followed by so many? The word prominence means something that stands above others and being of particular importance. In this essay I shall be discussing how the Islam religion rose to being regarded as one of the biggest religions in the modern world.
