Making significant personal changes in my life is playing badminton or going hiking on weekend recently. I think it is very good for my health because it help me to become strong and more powerful. Doing different exercises helps me to prevent the diseases and also make my life more enjoyable and flexible. During these activities, it is good for me because I can make new friends and also can get more information that I never heard about them. Sometimes, I will ask some friends to play badminton or go hiking on weekend. So I am a leader in this activity and book the court or find a good trail. And then I will tell my friends if they are interested in, they can drop in this activity and have fun together on weekend. They are really like to hang out with me and after that we will have dinner together and talk each other during the dinner time. For example, we have planned to go hiking on Sunday. We found a good trail near Deep Cove on North Vancouver, but I checked the weather is not good because the weather forecast calls for rainy on Sunday. Even though it will be rainy on Sunday, we still decide to go hiking because we think it is more challenge to us and it can test of our courage. It directly tell us when you face the problem, you should overcome and address it. So we went to the Baden-Powell Trail at Deep Cove on Sunday. When we began to go hiking, the weather is not good and it rained very heavy. However, we did not give up and we wanted to try to go hiking under the bad weather and also this trail is not very hard to go hiking. I led my friends to walk this trail and I would like to chat with my friends during this time. Going hiking is good for my health because it helped me to increase my energy and improve my body. By using hiking as a way to stay physically active, I can potentially lose weight, reduce heart disease, decrease hypertension, and slow the aging process.
