It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Vernessa McLeod. I have had the pleasure of viewing Ms. McLeod professional development over the past five years, and I can state with confidence that she is a motivated and responsible person with a soaring degree of integrity, hard work, and dedication. As such, I expect that she will be a very optimistic addition to your organization.
As a colleague I feel that I know Ms. Vernessa quite well. She began working full-time as a Paraprofessional at Pocalla Springs Elementary, while she was still an undergraduate student. In this role, she had an extensive amount of responsibilities, and she handled them effortlessly. She experienced her skills to communicate with teachers, parents, and the students, and due to her dedication and attention to detail, I believe she is capable of doing anything.
At the same time, Ms. Vernessa was studying Education at Williamsburg Technical College. Her academic training and abilities gradually became evident, and after she graduated from college. Ms. McLeod takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. Her role requires strong communication skills, and she has shown that she not only has these skills, but that she also has the ability to inspire, respect, and be assistance to her teammates. She has shown that she is a very intelligent person with a mind well-suited to the business world of education.
Based on my observation, she clearly has the interest to excel in this field, and based on her performance, she clearly has the ability to achieve success. I therefore highly recommend her.
