d. Outline different forms of communication used to deal with clients
Forms of communication used to deal with clients can be verbal or non verbal. Verbal
communication with a client is extremely important, not only to find out exactly what it is
that the client wants but also to build a relationship with the client. Non verbal
communication is also important. Non verbal communication can be postures, facial
expressions, eye contact or distance. Clients must always be treated in a pleasant and
polite manner not just verbally but by body language too, as this can give off the wrong
signals to the client.
