The study conducted by Oxford Economics for the British Hospitality Association confirmed that, in terms of job creation, hospitality industry is the UK’s fourth largest industry (Ibrahim, 2016). The sales-turnover in the hospitality sector reached its peak of £ 10.8 billion in the year 2014 (………..) and is expected to continue to rise (………….).
