Job Description:
Candidates will be involved in operation/maintenance of equipment. The job will also consist of installation, planning, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of process plants and equipment. Projects will need to be managed using engineering principles and techniques. Requirements: BE in Mechanical Engineering fresh from college or with some experience. Experience in food/pharma industry will be preferred.
The candidate will be operating/working with:
1) Oil/gas fired tubular boilers
2) Air compressor (both screw and centrifugal)
3) Cooling towers
4) Centrifugal, rotary, positive displacement, vacuum and other types of pumps
5) Chillers
6) Plate-type heat exchangers
7) Condensers (plate type and shell and tube)
8) Diesel/gas generators
9) Pneumatic and hydraulic valves
10) Having knowledge of electrical systems, controllers and panels
11) Evaporators
12) Ion-exchangers/demineralization plants
13) Filtration equipment (Filter press and candle filters)
14) Flash coolers (vacuum coolers)
