First cars are really special, not least because their new owners have dreamed for years about the freedom and adventures they'll experience while driving them.The day I received my drivers' license was the most exciting day of my life! I had this wonderful achievement in my hands and I wanted to take it further! I asked my Dad if I could buy a car, not share the family vehicle, but my very OWN car.
It was the summer of my sophomore year in degree college. I was eighteen years old and anticipating my nineteenth birthday. I only had one thing on my mind, a car. My father and I had discusses getting a car and the responsibilities of owning one. He said we would start shopping for one soon, and we did.
We went to every car dealership in middle Tennessee for every weekend for about three weeks. I could not find one that suited me. I knew I wanted a truck one with four-wheel drive and big tires. We thought it was the most practical vehicle since I do a lot of outdoors.The only car which I liked was HUMMER H3.
The HUMMER H3 is a vehicle from General Motors' Hummer division introduced in 2006 and based on the GMT355 that underpins the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon compact pickup trucks. With 3,651 cc 3.7 liters in-line 5 front engine it is more like a road BEAST than a car. This is the perfect car for which I was dreaming about.
After buying this car my life completely changed. Every morning I wake up to the birds chirping away as if I am listening to a small orchestra on Broadway. Very nice sounds, but walking out is just as good. The sun greets me as a rush of warm rays flow across the serene blue skies like a tranquil water fall making break at the high point. You hear a beautiful sense of calmness as I walk to my car, neighbor's wave to me as if I was a rock star greeting fans.
As I approach my hummer it reminds me of a roller coaster, waiting to take me on a thrill ride. After opening the doors and then sitting in the seats that feel like a warm...
