It is our responsibility to use P.P.E and use correctly when neccesscary. To adhere to the company polices and procedures. As an employee, I must attend any training that is neccessary regarding infection control and prevention. If i have any concerns regarding infectious diseases, I should report to my manager, also observe general precautions.

It is employers responsibilities to provide employees with information on polices and procedures, also ensuring all employees attend training where neccessary. The employer must also provide P.P.E all to members of staff.
Employers must carry out risk assessments to assess the possible hazards and put strategies in place for the safety of everyone.

My organislation has polices and procedures on how to prevent infection, the use if P.P.E, handling of contaiminated clothes with bodily fluids, disposing of hazardous waste, preparing food and cleaning.
