COURSE NAME : OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
1. COURSE SYNOPSIS
Focuses on the design of operating systems, business processes, quality management, operations planning and supply chain management. The course relates the contemporary issues in operations and technology. Several tools are introduced for systematically identifying the issues and problem in various industrial context, thus to assist with the decision making and problem solving.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

3. Elaborate the planning for quality and managing business processes.
