Organizational Behavior
      There are four different organizations that describe similarities and differences.   These organizations are The Louisiana Department of Veteran Affairs, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Life Source Service Hospice and Louisiana State Office of Group Benefits.   How different are these organizations?   Are there many similarities?   Can these organizations work together if there ever came a time to?   There will be an understanding of each organization and knowledge of their mission.
      In our society there are organizations that are designed to assist and benefit the people within the society.   The Department of Veteran Affairs, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Life Source Service Hospice, and The Louisiana State Office of Group Benefits mission have a lot of similarities.   Their ultimate goal is to provide services that will improve the quality of life of its customers.   The historical passing of Healthcare reform by President Barrack Obama has made a positive impact on these organizations by enabling them to better serve the American public.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louisiana State Office of Group Benefits, FEMA, as well as Life Source Service Hospice are fund and/or regulated by the federal government to some degree.   The purpose of Federal Regulation is to insure these organizations and others alike will provide their services with a high level of integrity and character.
      The Department Of Veteran Affairs offers a variety of benefits to its veterans.   There are benefits such as home loans, GI Bill (education benefit), CHAMPVA (medical insurance), disability compensation, disaster relief, and medical attention to veterans (www.va.gov).   The Federal Emergency Management Agency is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security.   The primary function of the organization is...
