Organizational Ethics

When discussing the relationship between ethical principles and organizations, we will take a look at examining the influence the outside environment can have on organizational ethics.   We will also look at the relevance of these social pressures and the issues they can cause. We will take a look at the relationship between ethical issues as well as the legal standards.   To illustrate the ethical context, the organization that we will talk about in this paper is the sales and marketing of horse barns.    
With all of the social pressure now and days it has become a fire starter in business ethics.   There is an old saying that perception is reality that resonates when influencing organizational ethics.   The barn business is still around because of the farmers and horse owners all over the United States.   In an age where social media can have a significant impact on a company’s reputation, it is not hard for a company to slip up and make a mistake then fix the problem then to have that mistake spread around on any social media.   When the news can spread a company’s failure to observe social standards, For example, the barn business takes criticism when the agency charges so much money for the barns, then to have the customer be upset with the way the final product looks when it is done.   As a barn company, that is responsible for building a great product that is supposed to last for several years. The barn companies in the United States, has a reasonable expectation that that the barn business will be produced responsibility and uphold all regulations and codes.  
The perceptions, as well as the ethical failings, involved in the down fall of the housing market compromised the proper production of the barns. Thus having a major change in the barn business for FCP. As a result of...
