Performance Management Plan
Detroit based Clapton Commercial Company, LLC is a small construction company established in 1978 by Mr. Eric Clapton, has been successfully operating in the Detroit area for over 24 years. Therefore, Atwater and Allen’s human manager has been tasked to develop a performance management plan to provide recommendations for improvement of both individual and organizational performance.
