I am extremely excited for the work that we conducted for Landslide Limo. As per Tracie’s email I took the time to cover the following areas, and I will put together a quick synopsis as to what my full review entailed.
1. Alignment of the performance management framework to the organizational business strategy.
Performance counseling’s are extremely important in the Alignment of the performance management framework to the organizational business strategy. Using the performance counseling will help both management of Landslide and the employee have a solid understanding of where they stand in the company.   In addition to continued re-evaluation of the employees driving record and skills, I suggest that we utilize both managerial counseling’s and self-counseling.  
This idea is most effective because the majority of the job will be conducted by the employees outside of the sight of the immediate supervisor. It allows the employee the opportunity to share clearly what they are experiencing on the job, as well as give real time feedback to the management.  
2. Organizational performance philosophy
Landslide Limousine is committed to one powerful thing, High-End quality transportation in the Austin Texas area. In order to achieve this, there must be a continued commitment to creating a culture that operates in that manner always. With the use of the driving assessment, self-appraisal opportunity and continual training, The Landslide team will be able to present a firm that will stand out amongst its competitors and be the first choice from their market customers.   Performance and rewards will be one in the same language
