1.1 Describe the duties and responsibilities of work role.
My duties as a care worker involves giving clients personal care such as assisting with washing, dressing and toileting requirements including catchers and convene care. Also assisting with nutritional requirements such as meal planning , preparation, feeding, prompting, administering medication, shipping, cleaning. It is my reasonability to ensure that the clients maintain and acceptable level of health and promote the clients well-being. It is also my reasonability to ensure that all company policies and procedures are carried out and to maintain records for the services delivered, along with responsibility for ensuring that my training needs are kept up to date so that I am at the level of standards required to understand my role. Finally it is my duty and reasonability to treat clients with respect and dignity at all times.

Reflecting on work activates can help me gain a better understanding of social , cultural personal and historical experiences.
