Maintaining chemicals in a swimming pool is something anyone can do.   Most important chemical to test is the chlorine. You want to keep your chlorine at 1.0 to 2.0 p.p.m.   to avoid any algae from forming.   P.h. is also very important to keep metal objects like lights, ladders, and hand rails from deteriorating.
