Generally, their service life is more than one year, but in certain condition which could up to over 3 years, like when it processes calcium carbonate and Calcite.

Then they are sent to store house by elevator, the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial, under the function of eccentriclty, the materials scatter to the slde of the clrcle and fall into the ring to be presed, cruched and milled into pieces by rollers, aftre the first crush, material fall into the second and the third layer, the pumping of the high-pressure centrilfugal blower put the outside air into the machine. The coarse power will be brought into the classlfier. The grindability shows if the mineral is easy to process into powder or not? The grinding mill needs to more time to process the hard mineral, which means we need to adjust the rotated speed for the grinding mill main unit.


During working process,axletree seat and effiser air-in are bult on the main seat.the antrum of mill is on the effuser air-in, mult-layer dlal set on the main axle lies in the middle of grinding antrum.There are several rollers allstilburling evenly on each dlal, a gear reduser and motor are set on the main seat, while the power collector is set on the top of the antrum mill. the main motor drives main axle and every rotating by reducer, dall drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pinties. Big matirels are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher.
