EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As the aim to improve its reputation and rebuild its image, Charlotte Bobcats is seeking to establish better communication between the team and its publics. Comprehensive research has been conducted to analyze the team's strengths and weakness, and from the findings, a PR proposal is being proposed with the objectives to achieve media publicity to for the team and to deploy tactics that can help the internal and external publics perform better. Tactics proposed include building communication conduits, deploying the two-way communication, generating news for media coverage, and developing relationships with media, community and fans.
